The production bug bit Connor nearly a decade ago whilst recording his first EP with a local engineer in Toronto. He was hooked. The freedom in capturing and mixing sound was invigorating and inspired Connor to complete an undergraduate degree in Media Production from Ryerson University's School of Radio and Television arts in Toronto, Canada. At Ryerson Connor honed in on his advanced recording and mixing techniques and further developed his passion for mastering audio for bands and artists, thus developing Salmoral Studios.
Today Connor's focus is on mastering audio, working from the newly renovated Salmoral Studios in midtown Toronto. In 2016 Connor teamed up with local producer and mix engineer Ross Hayes Citrullo of RHC Music to conquer more ground and larger scaled projects in and around the GTA. The working relationship has not only fine tuned Connor's sonic precision within his mastering work but has also expanded his perception and understanding of what creates a professional modern mix and how that translates into the best master possible. Furthermore, Connor has access to the mastering facilities at Lacquer Channel Mastering for full analog mastering services upon request.
